Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL) is a specialised law school located in Riga, Latvia. RGSL offers interdisciplinary bachelor’s and master’s programmes in law, allowing engaged and curious students to combine their law studies with courses in business, international relations, finance and diplomacy. Founded in 1998, RGSL’s mission is to equip students with a strong, internationally-focused education within the context of a constantly-changing, interconnected world.

International Environment

With a vibrant community of students and faculty representing over 30 different countries, students are immersed in an international education from their first steps into RGSL. Erasmus study exchange with more than 40 partner universities and internships allow RGSL students to expand their experience and develop connections not only across Europe, but globally.

Law studies at RGSL can be combined with business or diplomacy in our two interdisciplinary bachelor’s programmes. Leveraging the nuanced expertise of our international faculty, these innovative courses allow students to develop a unique perspective on law and graduate with a recognised, competitive degree.

  • Law and Business
    Alumni of the “Law and Business” programme have in-depth knowledge in the field of law and a firm understanding of the business environment.
  • Law and Diplomacy
    Alumni of the “Law and Diplomacy” programme have solid knowledge in the legal field, economics and international relations.

  • Attach a motivation letter in English (max. 2 000 signs) showing your academic achievements plus other relevant experience (social projects, extra-curricular activities)
  • Attach a copy of your passport and a passport- sized picture
  • Attach a proof of English language proficiency
