  • RGSL tuition fee waivers for new Bachelor students from abroad

RGSL has introduced tuition fee waivers for first year of studies on the Bachelor programmes for applicants that are not already resident in Latvia. The purpose is to open the programmes more effectively for students from other countries, and in this way to increase the international study environment. For the 2012/2013 study year, 4 full and 8 half tuition fee waivers are available for programmes in Law and Business and Law and Diplomacy.

Tuition fee waivers will be awarded based on an overall evaluation of requests from qualified candidates. The request must be made in writing, with a statement of the grounds for the request, and a maximum of 2,000 characters. Requests must be submitted either together with an application for admission to the Bachelor programmes or with reference to an already submitted and pending application.

Russia, Byelorussia, Ukraine, all countries listed in region of South Eastern Europe: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro and Serbia, all countries listed in  region of Central Eurasia: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.

  • Student grants for Legal Linguistics masters programme

In 2012/2013 study year ten student grants will be available and financed by the Latvian State at the Legal Linguistics masters programme.

Grants are available for candidates from Latvia and EU countries. For detailed information see Rules of Admission.
