Admission to the Transborder Commercial Law programme

Rules of admission 

Admission for the Masters of Transborder Commercial Law programme for the academic year 2010/2011 has ended. However, late applications may still be considered on an individual basis where possible. Applications may already now be submitted for the next academic year.

The Masters of Transborder Commercial Law (LL.M) academic programme is open to individuals with bachelor or masters degree in law or related fields, obtained in at least four years long studies, if basic knowledge in law and corresponding work experience is acquired; second level professional higher education, professional bachelor or masters degree in law or other related fields, if basic knowledge in law and corresponding work experience is acquired.

The tuition fees for academic year 2010/2011:

  • full-time studies - 5 000 EUR per academic year for European Union citizens; 6 000 EUR per academic year for non-European Union citizens;
  • part-time studies - 3500 EUR.

Applicants must fill out a current ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.

Applicants should deliver the following documents:

  1. A certified copy of the diploma/degree and diploma/degree transcript with an English translation.  
  2. Official results of English competency exams: TOEFL, Institutional TOEFL or IELTS not older than 3 years. The required minimum result is 500 points for TOEFL (for a computer test - 173; Internet based test - 61) and 6 for IELTS. 
  3. A passport copy.  
  4. Motivation letter.  

An application is considered complete only when the RGSL has received complete application package consisting of all listed documents.
