Admissions to the Diplomacy and International Relations Programme Rules of admission RGSL accepts all students interested in its programmes who are eligible and qualified to undertake studies at Bachelor level. The programmes are available to individuals with a secondary school degree or a degree considered equivalent to an education necessary to undertake studies at RGSL.
Admission for the Diplomacy and International Relations programme for the academic year 2010/2011 has ended. However, late applications may still be considered on an individual basis where possible. Applications may already now be submitted for the next academic year. Tuition fees on the Diplomacy and International Relations programme for the academic year 2010/2011 are 3 000 EUR (3 500 EUR for non-EU students). Applicants must fill out a current ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.
Applicants for programme should deliver the following documents: - Certified copies of diploma and diploma transcript (if the diploma has been awarded outside Latvia, an English translation is required)
- Proof of English proficiency (e.g., certificates of IELTS, TOEFL or centralized exam)
- Copy of passport
- Motivation letter in English (max 2 000 characters)
The diploma should document English proficiency at a minimum level of ECTS grade C. Alternative documentation for English proficiency at an equivalent level may be submitted. The study language is English. An application is considered complete only when the RGSL has received complete application package consisting of all listed documents. Applications may be made before a qualifying diploma or other other documentation is available.
