John Grayston will present a set of guest lectures as part of the RGSL Masters course on State Intervention in the Market. John Grayston is senior partner in the international Belgian law firm of Grayston & Company. He has extensive experience in giving advice on compliance with public procurement rules and procedures especially in relation to the Utilities Sector, as well as the application of procurement rules to PPP (private public partnerships), energy network projects and transport and public law.
