Guest lecture on Practical Court Procedure
Professor Patricia Shaughnessy from University of Stockholm, who has also worked as a practicing lawyer in the United States, visited RGSL on Friday 18 January 2013 to give a guest lecture on Practical Court Procedure. The lecture forms part of the course RBC113: Internal Market Moot Court, but available places are open also to other interested students and friends of RGSL.
The guest lecture included both a presentation and discussions in the seminar format, with a focus on how most effectively to conduct the written and oral parts of court procedure, with special focus on procedure of the European Court of Justice. The discussions was led by Patricia Shaughnessy together with Peter Gjørtler, and active participation in the discussions is encouraged.
