Wolf von Kumberg is the European Legal Director and Assistant General Counsel to Northrop Grumman Corporation, a bn aerospace and defence company. He has been in this role for over 15 years. He is a member of the steering committee of the Corporate Counsel International Arbitration Group, the CCIAG.
His previous roles include vice president - legal affairs for Litton Canada, and several years in legal practice with a major Toronto law firm.
He has law degrees from Canadian and European Universities and is qualified as a lawyer in both Canada and England. He is the past chairman of the International Mediation Institute and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has offices in both London and Zurich and is conversant in English, German and Italian.
Wolf is familiar with the structure and procedures in large multi-national organisations. He has personal experience of conflict management at board level and understands the priorities and needs imposed on companies by their various constituents.
Throughout his career he has been involved in dispute resolution and has been a qualified mediator for over eight years. He has mediated a wide range of international disputes including:
