Following previous long-term co-operation with the Riga Graduate School of Law, LAWIN lawyers will repeatedly deliver a course in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) for Bachelor programme students.
The course is focused on main practical issues of mergers and acquisitions, including structuring of transactions, related financial issues, competition law matters, as well as various types of contracts used for M&A. Lawyers of LAWIN Riga Office - Raimonds Slaidiņš, Zinta Jansons, Līga Mervina, Iveta Ceple, Ivars Slokenbergs, Māris Brizgo, Sarmis Spilbergs and Mārtiņš Gailis – will deliver lectures about their respective areas of specialisation.
