The project was realized with the support from the Austrian Science Fund and involved five EU member states (Spain, Austria, German, Ireland and Latvia). The engagement patters of Latvian civil society will be analyzed by the researcher and discussed during the seminar with the NGOs and the representatives of the public administration.
