1) Work with all kind of legal cooperation requests in criminal matters which are in the pre-trail stage,
2) The assistant of Latvia representative in Eurojust,
3) Vice-chair in the Working party in the Council of the Europe Union at criminal matters (COPEN) in the Latvian Presidency of the Council of the Europe Union, drafting the Eurojust Regulation and negotiations on the text of the project of Regulatin and in the Working part of Judicial Cooperation in Criminal matters.

  • 2012–2015  Short-term expert in the Twinning Project “Strengthening the Efficiency of Judiciary in the Republic of Croatia” (HR/2010/IB/JH/02) (Strengthening judicial cooperation in civil/commercial and criminal matters, inter alia:

1) Preparing comprehensive overview of educational system of judges, prosecutors, advisors in courts and prosecutors’ offices and MoJ staff in EU member state on judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
2) Designing comprehensive training strategy for judges, prosecutors, advisors in courts and prosecutors’ offices and MoJ staff on judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
3) Developing specific self-sustainable training program (including training curricula) and training materials for continuous education of judges, prosecutors, advisors in courts and prosecutors’ offices and MoJ staff on judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
4) Organizing and conducting workshops on a subject of the acquis and best practice of case law in the area of judicial cooperation in criminal matters for judges, prosecutors, advisors in courts and prosecutors’ offices and MoJ staff  on a subject of the acquis and best practice of case law in the area of judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
