Therefore, RGSL organizes a Memorial Lecture that celebrates the life and work of Prof. Norbert Reich, the Second Rector of Riga Graduate School of Law. This year’s Norbert Reich Memorial Lecture on 29 June 2017, 18:00 will be held by Prof. Hans Micklitz (EUI). Professor Micklitz is one of Europe’s leading private lawyers and his lecture will focus on: The Politics of European Integration through Law.
