This year, we offer two one-year Masters programmes – in Technology Law and Law and Finance. In addition to that, we have reshaped our two-year Law and Finance masters programme and can now also admit students with a three-year bachelor degree.
The Law and Finance programmes focus on European corporate and financial law and private international law. They offer an in-depth understanding of significant developments in the fields of law and finance within the European Union Member States and beyond. They provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between law and finance at both local and international levels, preparing highly qualified professionals who understand how the law interacts with finance and how the latter may impact existing regulatory frameworks. The programmes are ideal for finance specialists who want to deepen their knowledge of law and acquire a unique blend of knowledge and skills to excel in the job market, as well as for legal professionals seeking in-depth knowledge in finance.
“RGSL’s Master’s in Law & Finance programme is recognised in Europe for merging rigorous legal analysis with cutting-edge financial strategy—equipping graduates to excel in regulation, M&A, fintech, and cross-border transactions. Through case studies from leading European institutions, our world-class faculty (combining top academics and practitioners), and hands-on simulations of real market scenarios, we deliver the dual expertise global employers demand,” says RGSL Assistant Professor Natalja Točelovska.
“At RGSL’s Master’s in Law & Finance, you don’t just study the intersection of law and finance—you master it to shape Europe’s financial future.”
The Technology Law programme equips lawyers with the knowledge to help identify and understand the complicated relationships between technological advances and the law. It provides students with the tools necessary to navigate the complex regulatory systems developing around new technologies (e.g., data protection, ICT contracts, intellectual property rights, cybersecurity), offering an innovative and competitive degree in a rapidly growing area of specialisation.
“The master’s programme in Technology Law offers unique and highly relevant course content. Courses are taught by top-level professionals, ensuring a truly high-quality learning experience. The study process is interactive, featuring a well-balanced mix of group work and individual tasks, which enables each student to utilise their strengths effectively. I highly recommend applying if you’re looking for a programme that is both high quality and reflects today’s most relevant technology law topics,” says Monta Agafonova, RGSL Technology Law Masters programme graduate (2025).
