Signing of study agreements at RGSL will start from 16 to 18 July. Prospective students are invited to visit RGSL in person at following times:
16 July 10:00 -18:00
17 July 14:00 -18:00
18 July 10:00 - 16:00
The signing of the study agreements will take place at Riga Graduate School of Law, Strēlnieku iela 4a/k2, Wallenberg building, 2nd floor.
Necessary Documents
Identification document (passport or ID card)
- English Language Proficiency Certificate or results of the English language Centralised Exam.
- For Bachelor students: a certificate of the secondary education including results of the Centralised Exams.
- For Masters students: diploma of the previous higher education and its supplement.
If originals are not available, present certified copies.
If you are not present in Latvia from 16-18 July 2018, please inform RGSL by email start(abols)rgsl.edu.lv and will contact you to arrange the signing of the agreement by email. Please note that study agreements can be also signed by a representative, holding a notarised power of the attorney and a copy of the applicant's identification documents.
Tuition Fee
After receiving the signed study agreement, you can proceed with the payment of the first instalment of the tuition fee. Deadline for tuition fee payment is 15 August 2018.
State Guaranteed Loan
Students from Latvia and EU citizens, permanently residing in Latvia, are entitled to apply for a state guaranteed study loans. If you are planning to apply for the loan, please inform the RGSL Study Department during the study agreement signing process. We will assist with submission of the request for the loan.
