On May 10, Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL) opened the 10th Intensive Programme in European Law and Economics for European Neighborhood Policy Countries and Central Asia. Programme hosts 34 participants from Central Asia. The opening reception was hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia. Opening speeches were delivered by the Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, Ms Zanda Kalnina Lukasevica, HE Ambassador of USA to Latvia John Carwile and Director of RGSL Ieva Rācenāja.
