On 10th December, RGSL marked the conclusion of the 18th Intensive Programme in EU Law and Economics. The Programme concluded with a study visit to Brussels, where participants engaged in interactive meetings with officials and policy experts from the European Parliament, the European Council, the European Commission, the European External Action Service and the European Economic and Social Committee. The 18th session of the Intensive Programme was successfully completed by 20 participants from eight countries across the European Neighborhood and Central Asia countries.
Since 2014, the Programme has graduated more than 700 alumni from 19 countries. It has grown into a strong capacity-building initiative that facilitates the support and expertise for implementation of sustainable policy reforms. RGSL expresses its gratitude to the United States Embassy in Latvia and to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia for their continued support and cooperation, which play a key role in the successful implementation of the Programme.
