This week professor Ineta Ziemele and lecturer Ieva Miļūna took part in the World Congress of Latvian Scientists and the World Congress of Latvian Lawyers. Professor Ziemele addressed the participants with a speech devoted to constitutional identity in the globalised world and took part in a discussion on legal profession in the UK. Lecturer Ieva Miļūna delivered a speech on legal education methods in the US and Netherlands and how those can be applied in Latvia.
