Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL) is delighted to announce that Dr. Natalja Tocelovska has been elected as Associate Professor by the Professor Council of Rīga Stradiņa University on 10 March 2026 - a distinction that recognises over two decades of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
During her six years as Assistant Professor at RGSL, Dr. Tocelovska made an exceptional contribution to the institution's academic community: teaching across Bachelor's and Master's programmes in finance and accounting, chairing international conference sections, leading research paper weeks, and mentoring generations of students. Her 29 peer-reviewed publications indexed in Web of Science, and Scopus, and over 30 international conference presentations speak to a prolific and policy-relevant research agenda covering Baltic capital markets, EU green finance, fintech, and AI in education.
