A guest lecture by Matthew Secomb (France) on international arbitration
Matthew Secomb will present a guest lecture in the framework of the "International Dispute Settlement" course. The topics of his presentation will be "Agreement to Arbitrate" and "A day in the life of an international arbitration: Practitioner's insights".
Matthew Secomb is a member of White & Case's International Arbitration Group based in Paris. Prior to joining White & Case in 2006, Matthew worked as counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration. He is a graduate of Deakin University and the University of Melbourne, and a member of the ICC Commission of on Arbitration. Matthew speaks English and French.
