Guest lecture by Davida Baxter "Freedom of the Press under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution"
Davida Baxter is the Assistant Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Riga. She holds a BA in history from the University of Virginia and a JD from Harvard Law School. She practiced law for four years, in London and Hong Kong, before joining the Foreign Servicer. As of July 2011, Ms. Baxter will work in the press and information office of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan.
