On 20 and 21 March 2014 Sebastian Fischoeder, a Senior European Consultant in the Düsseldorf office of international law firm Bird & Bird LLP, gave guest lectures in the framework of the RGSL course Intellectual Property Law.
Sebastian Fischoeder practises in all aspects of trade mark, design and unfair competition law, both contentious and non-contentious. A particular focus of Sebastian’s work is on developing and enforcing long-term brand and product protection strategies for German and international clients. Sebastian is co-author of a handbook on trade marks and designs. He regularly lectures on Community design law and other design protection issues.
