On 17 January 2017 RGSL hosted a a public lecture on “2017: Whither Europe?” by Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg H.E. Mr. Jean Asselborn. The event took place in the context of the official visit of the Minister to Latvia on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the renewal of Luxembourg-Latvian relations.
