On 25-27 September the 12th Annual Conference of the Association of Human Rights Institutes (AHRI) was held in Venice and jointly hosted by the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation (EIUC) and the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights. On this occasion, RGSL was formally admitted as a member of the AHRI network, which now consists of approximately 40 members from all around Europe and overseas. The main aims of the AHRI are coordination of research projects and of applications for research funding, as well as organisation of seminars and conferences. The RGSL was represented in the Conference by its Rector George Ulrich.
