On 18 December RGSL had its annual Christmas event that has brought together students, alumni, faculty, partners and friends to celebrate the holiday season.
This year we have started a new tradition - we invited participants of the event to take a part in a Christmas Charity raffle. In exchange of small donation participants had an opportunity to participate in the charity raffle with prizes from our sponsors.
During the event RGSL family and friends donated 400 euros for the project! All donations have been given to a project of a charity organisation with a goal to support young and talented secondary school graduates in their effort for higher education. This year we choose Vītola fonds project "Drauga stipendija" (Friend's Scholarship) for a young, devoted secondary school graduates from one-parent families or large families, with disabilities or other special conditions.
