Professor of Riga Graduate School of Law and President of the Constitutional Court of Latvia Ineta Ziemele will speak at the European Society of International Law (ESIL) 15th Conference, taking place in Athens 12–14 September. Conference will be held in National and Kapodistrian University of Athens under the auspices of the President of the Hellenic Republic Mr. Prokopios Pavlopoulos. The topic of the Conference this year is “Sovereignty: A concept in flux?”
Prof. Ziemele will speak in the Forum I on the first day of the conference on the topic of “[Re-] Defining sovereignty: the Montevideo principles revisited.”
