A little over a week ago, students from Riga Graduate School of Law took part in the 10th annual Ombudsman’s Moot Court in Human Rights Law, competing alongside teams from universities across Latvia.
We are especially proud of team “Three Musketeers” — Kristaps Kārlis Naglis, Roberts Serpovskis, and Daniels Leščinskis — who advanced through both preliminary rounds and reached the semifinals, earning a shared 3rd–4th place among 14 competing teams. The team was coached by Kristiāna Pētersone, Advisor to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Latvia.
The moot court addressed important human rights topics, including parental access rights, domestic violence, and children’s rights, giving students an excellent opportunity to strengthen their advocacy and legal reasoning skills.
We are incredibly proud of all our students who participated and represented RGSL with dedication, professionalism, and passion for human rights law.
