Riga Graduate School of Law has students and faculty from over 30 countries – a truly international mix of cultures, experiences, languages and backgrounds, all united in their interest in studying law, business or diplomacy, and – in English. The longest distance traveled RGSL bachelor student comes from United States of America, joining students from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Estonia, Finland, India, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Netherlands, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan and, of course, Latvia. Plus, incoming Erasmus students add their countries’ and universities’ experience to the group every year.
In order to encourage young people from Latvia’s cities and regions outside Riga to join this exciting mix, starting this year we are offering two scholarships – 100% tuition fee waivers for the first study year - to the best applicants of our two Bachelor programmes – “Law and Business” and “Law and Diplomacy” from Latvia’s regions (outside Rīga and Pierīga).
The scholarship (study fee waiver) may be claimed by study applicants who:
a) Have fulfilled requirements set by Rules of Admission;
b) Are Latvian residents and graduates from a high school outside of Riga and Pierīga regions;
c) Have average weighted grade 8+;
d) Have submitted a motivational letter;
e) Additional academic achievements will be considered as additional advantage.
