On 17 April 2026, the second Pan-Baltic conference “Arbitration in the Baltics: Distinctiveness versus Global Conformity” will take place at the Riga Graduate School of Law.
Following the inaugural event in Vilnius in 2024, the second edition builds upon its success and continues the regional dialogue on the development of arbitration across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. It will provide a 360-degree overview of the latest arbitration practices in the Baltic States and explore how regional distinctiveness aligns with global arbitration standards.
The 2026 conference programme will focus on four main topics:
