On 17 April 2026, the 2nd Pan-Baltic conference “Arbitration in the Baltics: Distinctiveness vs Global Conformity” took place in Riga.
The event brought together leading arbitration experts from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, continuing the regional dialogue launched in Vilnius in 2024 and providing a comprehensive overview of the latest developments in the Baltics.
The programme covered four key areas – regulatory developments, counsel practice, institutional perspectives and investor–state disputes, highlighting how regional distinctiveness aligns with global arbitration standards.
