The RGSL had the pleasure to host Prof. Dr. Alexander von Mühlendahl, from the German law firm “BARDEHLE PAGENBERG” for a public lecture "The impact of Brexit on intellectual property". The talk shed light on how complex the Brexit process is, and specifically the unknowns that have yet to be considered. It was clear from the presentation and the discussions that ensued that there is still a lot of work to be done from both sides in this area.
The conference was well attended by industry representatives, legal experts, academics and students.
