The Master’s programme in Technology Law examines how law responds to the risks, challenges, and opportunities created by rapid technological change, with a particular focus on the European Union’s evolving digital regulatory framework. The programme equips students with the analytical and practical skills needed to understand and navigate legal regimes governing areas such as artificial intelligence, data protection and privacy, digital platforms, cybersecurity, digital markets, and other emerging technologies.
Designed for students from both legal and non-legal backgrounds, the programme offers a structured and practice-oriented curriculum that emphasises the interaction between law, technology, and policy. Students develop the ability to assess regulatory developments, engage critically with EU digital legislation, and operate effectively in technology-driven legal and regulatory environments.
